Plague 4 - Flies

Here we are at plague #4 - flies. (And also at Sabbath preparation day, so I'm a little late with my post.)  Flies is a simple plague.  We spread plastic flies all over the place and in all the nooks and crannies - snacks, cereal boxes, cupboards, drawers, etc.  We have a particularly nasty looking batch of fake flies.  They are big, black ugly things.  We don't have very many left and my usual store didn't have them this year, so we didn't spread them all over the house.  We just plagued the great room.

This afternoon while we cleaned up for Sabbath, we are also picking up frogs and crunching lice rice under our feet.  The plagues never seem to end.  

The last couple of days we have read through the plagues in Exodus and spent time discussing all the nitty gritty details.  Until the next plague ... Shabbat shalom!
